Bugs in the hotel room Homeless sleeping in the hallways. Hot Tub does not work. The indoor pool was nice. Ok hotel for the price but would not bring children here. Need to handle the bug problem. Staff was nice. Oh there is no outdoor pool even though Expedia says there is one. No Breakfast. Sometimes they have coffee set out but that was all. Lots of blood by the back door by the pool that stayed there for my whole stay of 5 days. Not a very family friendly hotel mainly cause of the homeless. Some of them wasn’t to bad. But when they start knocking on your door at 2 am. That’s crazy

Dead bugs all over room. Urine stained floors. Garbage in drawers. Breakfast not included as stated on site. Left immediately and was refunded.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We didn’t make it a big deal because we were only there for a certain amount of time, but we moved rooms after asking management to fix our toilet that wouldn’t flush. To a room that’s was absolutely disgusting and could take 10 mins to clean if they wanted to.

This property is absolutely disgusting. We decided not to even stay at the hotel and were told we couldn't get a refund even though the room was unacceptable. Buyer beware with this one.

Do not stay at this place. It had no amenities at all. TV was out for our first 24 hours, no coffee, no cups, Place was in no condition to opened. I never saw vending or ice machine much less an ice bucket. Very unhappy that Expedia even had them listed on the website

Besides the dirty socks found on floor in room things were ok but that just let us know housekeeping isn’t doing a well job. Also, it’s advertised online as having free breakfast only to wake up and find out breakfast isn’t any longer offered. Thank God was just a 1 night stay.

Nice staff and clean beds but spend the extra money and stay at a different hotel! Very dingy room carpet, broken toilet, NOISY hallways with lots of people coming and going throughout the night. Do NOT stay here!

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been, and people were using drugs in the common areas and parking lot, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

Hotel is in a nice spot. Rooms were cleanish, Shower heads leaking to the point where your getting water everywhere but yourself, trash in the hallways maybe vacuumed once a week, the indoor pool was nice just had a lot of chlorine, hot non functional, floor to the work out room was peeling at the door witch made it hard to open, key entry on side of building is busted, the window to the room I had opened but good luck closing it, blinds weren’t really functional either. I will say you kind of get what you pay for hopefully this is seen and improvements are made. Could be a really nice place if cleaned up

Start with positives: curtains closed properly, shower and tub looked new, comfortable beds and pillows, nice lobby, room doors open to hallway and not outside. Negatives: trash under one bed and behind table between beds, food particles in microwave, lightbulb out over the sink, tile floors needed a good sweeping, carpet needed good vacuuming, baseboard under the sink needed cleaned, moderate amount of noise, commode needed wiped down on the outside. I only stayed one night before an early morning flight. I don’t think I would stay there again because if their current cleaning practices continue it will become a dump.

The staff refused to offer housekeeping, after i reservations for 9 day's. Water filled up inside the tub, while i took a shower, room was dirty. Crackheads,devouring the continental breakfast before, i could get anything while leaving for work. Just awful!

my room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was dust that was at least a month of collecting ( and that’s being modest). The room hasn’t been swept, there was smudges in the mirror. The bedding need to bed replaced, it’s been in rotation so long it’s turning cream/ brownish colored. I saw there was a $50 deposit but was told $50 at the desk. I almost slipped on ice just trying to get to the front door because no one seem to think to try to melt it for first safety. I will NEVER stay at this place again. I feel like i needed to call the cdc and health department just from staying here. I hate that i wasted my money but my power was out, so i had to stay in this filthy place.
