    We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
    Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
    Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.

This is a wonderful place to stay to explore downtown Nashville. Close enough to walk into downtown and far enough away to give you a quiet break. Our host was gracious and had great communication access.

This condo was in a great location. We we able to walk to Broadway and it is also in a great location to access the highway quickly. So it was easy to get in and out of. It was very clean and had everything we needed!

Beautiful property, nicely decorated, enjoyed to balcony overlooking to river and bridge. walking distance to many Nashville attractions, convenient parking, not in a high traffic area. Owners very responsive.

Great spacious apartment and view of the water, neighborhood doesn’t look the best around the Vrbo but we could walk to broadway but it was much easier to Uber it was only $5/6

Great Nashville getaway

Property owner was very attentive and got back to us quickly on our questions. Condo was perfect, beds were comfortable, kitchen/bath were well equipped. My husband appreciated the coffee and creamer. Easy walk to Broadway or quick Uber when it rained.

We loved this place in Nashville. 5-7 Lyft to Broadway is still accurate, but was walkable too, about a 20 minute stroll. Personally did not walk at night. There was not a grocery store or restaurants or coffee super close by, but we made do. Beds were comfy, basics were provided and appreciated. We were nervous about using Latch to get in, but had absolutely no problem. But do be sure someone has a charged phone with the app when out. I would happily stay again for the price.

Pretty good place

Property owner/manager did a great job with their communication and information both before and during the trip.Unit itself worked very well for the 4 of us.Pretty easy walk to Printers Alley and even Broadway. Scooter rental and rideshare are both readily available and inexpensive. Only downside is there isn't any store/restaurant/bar kinda stuff right close by, but that was kinda nice for us cuz it meant less foot traffic and noise. All in all, for 4 adults who wanted a good time in Nashville in worked out well! both

Apartment was as listedCommunication was excellentCheck in was easy, But the phone based entry system was hit or miss. Check out process greatGranted us a later check out due to flight delaysOnly complaint was the area around the entrance to the building needs daily attention. People were leaving containers with half eaten food on the planters, resulting in hundreds of ants. And those containers were there for over 48 hours.

We’ve stayed at Breakers East a few times. We choose it for the beachfront location and size of the building as it keeps the beach less crowded than larger properties. This particular unit had a very large, beautiful updated kitchen, but other aspects were neglected. It had a very musty smell. The outdoor furniture is old and falling apart and all of the doors were in poor condition. The couches could use a cleaning and there are not any ceiling fans or ceiling lights in the unit - strange. Also, there needs to be a sign as to how to turn the shower on. We had to google it. The view and large balcony are great, but this unit can definitely can be improved. It feels like a rental and not a condo where the owners stay. We do enjoy Breakers and had a great stay.

Modern

The condo itself was nice and very much as described. Enjoyed the big window and lots of light. There were nice extra amenities that were thought of in the bathroom plus a box fan for white noise (extra points for that). The trains are not a problem at all even though they are right next to the tracks. This place was very modern. I wouldn't say that is better. Using your mobile device (the only way I might add) is not the best way to be able to actually get you into the parking garage and into the condo. If you are not savvy with technology, I would not book this place. The parking is a hassle for a any vehicle bigger than a small sedan. The garage is very tiny and no room to turn around, much less back up. Otherwise, this swanky place to stay.
