Great location and prompt response

I had a question regarding the tv once we were already there and sent a message through the site and they responded within 10 minutes--that's amazing! Great location with being off from Broadway but not being too far at all!

Perfect home for family and friends.

My son got married in Nashville and these two townhomes made a wonderful weekend wonderfully easy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and living area was roomy. No negatives from anyone!! Would definitely rent again!!

Weekend Trip

Easy check in/out process, clean units. It is three stories, so be prepared for the stairs. Full kitchen is on the first floor, wet bar on third floor. Rooftop is nice and is not share with other units, there is a short wall in between. Two units worked out great for our group.

Great experience!

We held our annual retreat for a professional women's group in Nashville. The condos were great! A few minor things - no mixing bowls to scramble eggs or make a salad, not enough dish towels to dry dishes. But everything else was great - Proximity to downtown, coffee pot, wine glasses, vibe of the environment, parking spaces. I would definitely come back.

Perfect!

We rented both properties and it was perfect for our group of 15. Both houses were beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Walking distance to lots of bars/restaurants and a quick Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely recommend renting these houses!

Close and Easy

We stayed in two units and they were a perfect place to hangout in between hitting all of Nashville's best spots. Nothing was more than 20 minutes away. Check-in process was easy, and communication with Kevin was terrific. I highly recommend!

Long weekend

was very nice. furniture could be a little more comfortable. One unit had coffee pods but no Kurig machine, the other had the machine but no pods. minor issue. overall had a great stay.

nice and clean house

Great property. clean and accurate pictures. Had a small hiccup checking in but the property manager was responsive and our issue was quickly resolved. The covered parking is nice but it is a tight squeeze especially if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, glad I choose this property

50th Birthday Friend Group in Nashville

The rental worked out great. The location was perfect, plenty of places to walk to and a short Lyft or Uber to Broadway. One of our units had an HVAC problem upon checkin, but it was resolved within hours and handled professionally. I would highly recommend

Cute places in good location

Overall it was a great stay. It rained a lot while we were there and the floors get very slippery. We had a guest go down pretty hard and shatter a glass bottle. There was a rug at the front door of one of the places but not the other. My only other complaint would be that it’s advertised as joining rooftops but they are 2 separate roof tops. You have to climb over a wall to get from one to the other. I would definitely stay there again.
