Beautiful West Meade 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Nice eat-in kitchen with new appliances, 1 family room with gas fireplace, and large living/dining room with large picture window looking out at beautiful magnolia tree in front yard. 1 car garage with additional parking in the driveway. Laundry is located in the downstairs garage. New tankless water heater and A/C system. Trex deck to watch wildlife from in the back yard. But you can be downtown in less than 20 minutes.
