Ryan was a terrific host! Our group of 9 felt very welcomed and at home being away from home! We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday and the house was everything we needed and more. We will most definitely book this home again upon our return.

Ryan was very accommodating! The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and he allowed us to check in a little early. The property was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home! There were so many extras provided that really made it feel like home. Ryan was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. I have already shared this with so many. Would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rooftop Paradise. My family was super impressed with my pick. Loved all the space and it had a bedroom for all our adult kids and us. There was tons of kitchen items and we were so thankful for the Kuerig. If you need a place for your family or a group trip, this is a perfect place. A short Uber ride to Broadway Street or walk if feeling energetic and it’s not 90 degrees!! Unfortunately it was too hot to take advantage of the rooftop seating area with fire pit, but we’d definitely come back and stay here. Ryan was great to work with and shared all the important details in a timely manner. Can’t go wrong with this one!!!

Nashville Vacation Birthday Celebration

Home was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. 9 adults had plenty of space to socialize and also get quiet time. Property was fully stocked with essentials. Highly recommend.

The house was very nice and clean. The location was good but the neighborhood was interesting. We didn’t really feel safe at night. Communication was great with Ryan. I would recommend it we had a great time.

Nashville girls trip

The home was exactly as described. It was very clean and met all of needs. The location was an easy walk to Broadway and surrounding area. Ryan responded promptly to a couple questions we had. We did not get to use the upper outdoor patio which looked really nice! Maybe next time.

Super easy check-in process. Great communication with the host. Nice place plenty of room. Rooftop was great Host was very accommodating. Allowed us to drop off our luggage early and leave it until our flight home.

Superb Everything!!!!

Myself and 6 family members - ages 32-70, stayed at this wonderful, spacious place! We loved it all! We were able to walk downtown within 30 minutes. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee on the rooftop everyday! The host was able to allow us an early check-in...which we thought was AMAZING!! Checking-out was easy and pretty simple - with the usual tasks asked of a VRBO. We were impressed and hope to be back sometime in the future!! We will definitely stay here when we do come back!

Perfect house for a group of friends

Ryan's home met all of our expectations. We are a group of three couples who visited Nashville for the first time. The layout of the home was perfect with the different levels and we all felt like we had more than enough space. The kitchen and living room area were perfect to make breakfast and hang out until we decided to go do our sightseeing later in the day. The rooftop deck was also perfect to sit and enjoy the city view. We would definitely recommend the location and felt very safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Holiday Vacation

Despite rainy weather that didn’t allow us time to enjoy the rooftop, this rental was a wonderful retreat for our family holiday vacation. As always, the kitchen was the perfect gathering spot to reflect on the day/evening events. The spacious home was well-appointed and accommodated our family perfectly and the location was so close to the fun….and as they say, Nashville is a hard town to not have fun in!! Ryan was the definition of a Super Host. He was always available, very accommodating, and communicated throughout our stay. We can’t say enough good things about him and his service to us. Without a doubt, a return visit is in our future!

Great Host and House

I planned a trip for 10 women to see Nashville. Ryan was a most welcoming host and worked with me with people having early arrivals and late departures. He was so accomodating. The house fit us all so well. We were able to enjoy the roof top for a bit before the rain came. The house is so well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again if I return to town and recommend this house to other groups. Everyone was happy. You can walk to the Farmers Marker and the Family dollar was helpful to have next door for last minute umbrellas. So easy to get ubers to Broadway and airport, usually only a 2-4 minute wait time!
