This was our annual family trip (7 of us) and we could not have enjoyed our stay any more. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. We enjoyed the guitars scattered throughout and had a few evenings of music around the firepit which was awesome. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and we were pleasantly surprised to see there was also a grill outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

This home is beautiful! Fairly new build and well decorated and stocked. It is a lovely piece of property with a great front yard for kids to play in. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and walking distance to The Factory which was fun! Great house, clean and comfy beds and couches. The screened in porches were perfect!

Girls weekend!

The main floor master was so appreciated for those that needed limited stairs. The all en-suite bedrooms gave the perfect privacy. The long drive gave plenty of room for parking. Loved it!!

Second time we’ve stayed at this property in the last year. Great house, location, pictures as advertised. We had a some alarm start chirping, called Vacasa, and within 30 minutes a maintenance person arrived to change out the battery. I would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were top of the line. We had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. Would love to return in the fall/winter to utilize the outdoor fireplaces!

Lovely, big home in a quiet neighborhood. The home was plenty large enough with a private bath for each bedroom. Walking distance to downtown Franklin as well as The Factory filled with shops and food places. We had deer right behind the house on numerous occasions that were fun to watch. We wanted for nothing. Will for certain stay here again.

Not clean at all!!

The house is beautiful, but unfortunately we had two bed were the linen were not washed. The towels are old and needs replacement. The house needs a deep clean, we had to clean. Lastly we had to wash all dishes as the glasses had lip marks on them, spoons were dirty etc.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a perfect fit for our 4 couples. It was great to have our own private baths. The toilet paper needs upgraded!! Seriously? Single ply? The only negative was a bad water leak under the main kitchen sink. It has been there for some time. Bath towel were sumptuous! Complimentary toiletries were nice. Not enough furniture on porch for all of us to be outdoors. Grill was nice.

Beautiful home

I do want to say it is a beautiful home, the kitchen was perfect, the beds are very comfortable and it was clean. For the future, someone should check that the tv has internet and possibly have better instructions and also check all the lighting before arrivals. When we arrived we had to change lightbulbs in one of the showers, a closet and the hallway but there were lightbulbs in one of the drawers. The fireplace did not work, and some of the blinds were not working correctly. One of the footstools has a hole as the stuffing is slowing leaking. Please know that we are very happy with the home but think you should be aware of these issues so someone addresses them for the next guests. We would definitely rent this home again if we ever return to Franklin.
