We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is actually two floors with a large bedroom and a fully functional kitchen. Having a washer and dryer is a great feature that allows you to pack light. The property is a very short block and a half walk to lower Broadway so the location is ideal. We would definitely stay there again

Nice and modern. Very well done property. Comforter on the bed had some stains and was dirty. Sheets were clean though. I didn't mind the dirty comforter but my wife thought is was too dirty.

Great location and awesome place!

We stayed in Center Stage. This is a fantastic location and a really cool place to stay (block and a half off Broadway by Printer’s Alley). Great accommodations, great bed, very nice amenities, great security and a grocery store a half a block from the complex. 👍🏼 Parking was just fine w lots of people in and out so very busy and safe. My wife dropped her Apple Watch out side the building… one of the guest staying in another loft found it and got it back to us the next day…so this is the level of customers that are renting these lofts! Bought them a bottle of wine and a Nashville souvenir for their kindness and honesty in getting the watch back to us! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 We will return and stay with these folks next time we head back to Nashville!

Close to everything downtown

Very lovely space. Enjoyed being in the middle of all the excitement. Noise from other guests was a problem several nights. Slamming doors and talking etc at very early hours. 4AM. However I understand this is out of the leasing companies control! Only a few things that need to be addressed. Having a TV on the main floor would be nice. Coffee machine does not work. Water leaks everywhere. We drained it, and filled back up, water still leaks terribly from the bottom. Lastly, the trash situation. I wouldn’t mind taking out my own trash ordinarily, but if it’s a burden to the cleaning staff, it’s a burden to the people staying. We pay a cleaning fee, why isn’t this included. It wouldn’t be bad, but having to go into a basement, walk through a bar... then through several other doors to get there.... huge hassle and needs to be changed.

Fine…but not amazing

I hate to disagree with others. But we thought this place was just okay. I think the listing should specifically say that there are no exterior windows other than the skylights. I could have read the reviews more carefully, but they were all so positive that I skipped that. I found it very isolating and strange to not be able to see where I was in the city, check the weather, etc. If that were the only thing, I wouldn’t have rated this three stars. Some other things: There were no tissues provided. This is pretty standard for a hotel or rental. There was plenty of toilet paper, but it was cheap and thin. The single trash can on the bottom level was very small, the lid was dented, the lever seemed compromised. The sheets were scratchy. There was no additional blanket. It would have been nice to have an extra and/or one upstairs to use when sitting on the couch. One bathroom sink didn’t drain well. These may feel like small things. And they are. But these are the small things that add up to a great (or, in this case, not so great) experience. The location was great, the communication was great, check in was easy. I don’t mind taking the trash to the basement. There was a “hotline” to call if you have problems. But none of my complaints rise to hotline level. When I’m sitting on the couch at 10:00 at night, wishing for a blanket, I’m not going to call a hotline. I also don’t like the pressure to give a 5 star review. It feels manipulative and not genuine.

Perfect place for a Nashville Getaway. The location of this property is ideal for anyone wanting to spend time on Broadway and enjoy the nightlife of Nashville. The best location!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, right downtown. We were only a few blocks off of Broadway. We didn’t need a car for anything. Take batteries for the remote and be prepared for an adventure when you have to take the trash to the dumpster. Also take eye covers for sleeping because the skylights keep it bright inside. The only windows in the unit are skylights. Yes, I would stay there again.

Nashville - Perfect Location

We had a great stay here for our first visit to Nashville. We walked everywhere - had 3 shows to go to at The Ryman and Bridgestone. Many restaurants and bars all around. The place was spacious and perfect for our stay. I was surprised to find no windows but there were skylights. This was an internal unit - I'm guessing the outer units have windows. Just something to note. You could hear other people in the building but they did supply ear plugs and that helped one night in particular. Overall a great find and I'd stay here again. The management was extremely responsive and got in touch with us about an issue before we could reach out to them.
