Rock and Roll Marathon

The house is very nice and in a great location. Walk to anywhere in Germantown and not a long walk to Broadway.

PhD weekend

We celebrated my son’s PhD degree. Looked all over for a big kitchen, big dining table and plenty of casual seating. Our stat was perfect. Topped off with a yummy warm cookie delivery. Hope to be back!

Nice House - Good Location

The house was clean and as advertised. It is nicely updated and the location was pretty good. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds seemed to be comfortable. Downtown is walkable but it takes about 30 minutes. There were plenty of Ubers in the area, we could usually get one in less than 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. There are bars/restaurants in the neighborhood. If there was one add I would ask for it would be a grill on the roof deck.

Sons 21st Birthday weekend

The location was good not to close to grocery stores but lots of restaurants and cafes right by. The house was large and comfortable. Needs a paint job and the cleaner could have done a better job. The master bedroom bath toilet was a little dirty, but overall the place was Great! Loved that we got approved for late checkout seeing that our flight was not until 5:30pm. The host sent us the most amazing hot cookies, they were delivered the evening we arrived. Lots to do in the area and we even walked to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing location, perfect for girls trip!

Comfortable beds! Easily accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Amazing group space to hang out in the living, dining, and kitchen area. Quick Uber rides to Broadway, typically about 9-10 per ride. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Our group of women educators had the best trip, thank you!

Fantastic property in Germantown

This property was perfect for our family get together to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. The space was perfect with wonderful bedroom and bathroom options and lots of extra pull out sleeping spaces if you needed it. The rooftop patio was a super fun addition! The property management company was so wonderful to work with! They were attentive and responded very quickly to any questions we had about the property. The house was stocked with essentials so you didn't have to immediately run out to the store. We will certainly be back!!

Loud but enjoyable accommodations

Great accommodations. Although Loud construction zone and busy intersection 24hrs/day didnt go well with single pane windows. I understand you maybe would get many bookings if people knew there was so much construction happening all around you, but that would have something good to know. That would be the only reason we wouldnt book again. Also mainfloor jack and jill shower needed plunging from 1st day on due to not draining properly and 2 rolls of TP per bathroom would have been a good thing too. House was clean and decor and amenities were well done and suitable. Warm cookie delivery was a plus and friendly management to communicate with.
