The generous en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and an oversized vanity, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. The second bedroom offers two polished twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The living room offers an upgraded queen sleeper sofa.

While in West End neighborhood, enjoy a picnic at Centennial Park, explore the Vanderbilt University campus, or indulge in some retail therapy at the Mall at Green Hills. For foodies, a visit to Hattie B`s Hot Chicken for a taste of Nashville`s famous dish is a must, while music lovers should not miss a live show at the Exit/In, a legendary music venue.
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
