Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
The room was clean but a bit small. The main challenge had been that staff did not always seem friendly. They sell add on activities at the resort and in many cases, they were overpriced. It was sometimes difficult to find drinks at different bars.

Best Western Downtown Plus Music Row
Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was good. Room and facility were mostly in good repair and mostly clean. Wish the mattress was more comfortable. Location was great.
