As described in other reviews, the view is exceptional. Sunrises are an absolute delight. However, it is very difficult to find sunsets in Nassau, so you will only see sunrises—but the view is still magnificent. The pool is pleasant, although in December the water was cold.As for the outdoor areas, everything was always clean with no issues. Regarding the apartment itself, it is as described in the photos. However, several things need to be repaired. The apartment is quite comfortable for two people. For four people, I would not recommend it, although it is doable. It works for two adults and two children, but the location is less suitable for children. I would only recommend it for two adults.The reception process and departure—check-in and check-out—are very well organized. There is a key fob. The apartment is quite far from amenities, and indeed there is only one restaurant on site, Pink Octopus. You must remember to make a reservation in advance to access the restaurant, either through the OpenTable app or by calling them directly. The view there is very beautiful and the food is very good. Other restaurants are about a 20-minute drive away or even farther, depending on the area. Therefore, for this apartment’s location, having a car is absolutely necessary.In terms of security, there is very good security and a secure entrance at the VRBO property.A good experience overall
