Silk Cotton Villas is a unique Airbnb gated community on a sprawling 3 acre garden property. There are currently 11 Airbnb listings live on this gated estate with lots of space, fresh air, and mature trees. Each Villa comprises of 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and are complete with the modern amenities that make for a comfortable and convenient vacation. The property includes multiple swimming pools, lots of fruit bearing trees, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and many more amenities.

Lovely quiet spot. Secure and very friendly staff. Washer/drier in unit was great to have. The pool is solar heated only and early in the morning or on a cool cloudy day, was chilly. Restaurant not operating. Overall we would highly recommend this.

Beautiful villas and grounds with the nicest staff ever

We were very pleased with our selection of places to stay in Nassau. One disappointment was the restaurant/Cafe was not open since covid and there is no shuttle service. There are limited bbqs available at the time of our st Taxi fare was fairly expensive. Would have liked the hot tub to be warmer. Having said that we so enjoyed our stay and loved it. Highly reommend.silk cotton vill

Lots of potential

The villa and property are lovely. Staff (especially Yulino) was responsive and helpful - you just have to ask. Location would be fine if you had a car but walking is not great especially with kids (there are hardly any sidewalks around and you're 30-45 minutes on foot to downtown Nassau). The most disappointing thing was no onsite restaurant as per the listing description. The kitchen lacked some pantry basics and varied from unit to unit, plus our appliances needed some maintenance. Overall served its purpose for a relaxing and safe family vacation and with a few minor details would be an amazing home away from home.
