"フロントのスタッフさんの対応はとても温かく安心感があり、良かった。ウェルカムスイーツやドリンク、湯上がりアイスや夜鳴きそばなどのサービスが充実していてとても良かった。とてもクラシックで上品で趣きのある建物で良かった。スイートルームで広々としていて良かったが、古さや汚れ、破損などが目立つのが気になった。高価だったのもありゆっくりしたかったが、どうも落ち着かないのが残念だった。また館内の暗さや重厚さが少し怖く居心地の悪さを感じた。貸切家族風呂があるのも良かったが、浴室と脱衣所の隔たりが段差のみで、シャワーの湯が脱衣所に飛び水浸しになるのが気になった。朝食ビュッフェは品数も多くどれも美味しくて良かった。"

"The location was great Install translate before you go Ask for a bus timetable and the free tickets you get as part of your stay Uber does not work out near Nasu, no uber eats or car rides Install go taxi, it's there uber equivalent Food is scarce around the hotel so plan ahead and get food from the local shops, family marts are great, 7elevens are ok to If you eat at the buffet restaurant at the hotel you need to book it as part of the hotel booking. We did not and it cost me $214 (aud) for 2 adults and 1 child, we didn't know this ahead of time. The hot springs / baths are a no cloths zone, kids 6 and older and men and woman are just all in the same water together naked, nothing against there culture it just wasn't for me. There are claw machines absolutely everywhere in Japan so if your taking kids be sure to always have some coins on you, they range for 100¥ to 500¥ Nasu highlands park was amazing Nasu safari park was good, very small but pretty cool getting up so close with so many animals."
