I had two flat tires before arriving and the staff were incredible in helping me get them fixed and on my car. The tour of the bird sanctuary they conducted was also amazing. Excellent for such a remote location.

We arrived and they were not expecting us even through we had a confirmed booking. After two phone calls the receptionist still couldn't confirm our booking. We waited around and still didn't get anywhere. We then asked to see the room which was unprepared, unaired, smelly, damp, mouldy and sited ...
