Café da manhã com poucas opções, limpeza do quarto insatisfatória, pois não trocaram a toalha no primeiro dia somente no segundo, sem tomada no banheiro e chuveiro demora para esquentar.

Amei!

Eu já havia ido pra este mesmo Hotel quando se chamava "Cabanas". E a qualidade se manteve, apesar da mudança de direção. Café da manhã ótimo e uma piscina muito boa. A localização é uma das melhores de Natal, bem perto do morro do careca.

Café da manhã é MT simples deveria melhorar, o hotel tem um espaço enorme e é cobrado uma taxa de 20$ por dia pra guarda o carro. E existe uma taxa de 2$ de turista, e de madrugada eles empurra um papel em baixo da porta para lembrar que é o seu último dia no Hotel. E que checkout é até meio dia e ninguém e doido, vc se sente expulsa do local. O wi-fi nem da acesso nos quartos e nem na área da piscina pega. O ar-condicionado caia gelo feito neve não esfriava só ventilava. Piscina suja.

Hotel muito bom !

Bom, atendimento excelente os quartos grandes e espaços e fica bem localizado, próximo a praia e também tudo que você precisar de essencial, acho que podem melhorar o banheiro no sentido de pintura e também os colchões que ficamos achei que estavam um pouco mole, pelo menos pra mim! No geral gostei muito obrigado!

Quarto com porta de vidro, incomoda demais!

Fiquei em um quarto diferente do que solicitei, pequeno, mas cama confortável e banheiro amplo. A porta do quarto é daquelas de vidro com uma película que fica TOTALMENTE claro, quase não consigo dormir com a claridade no meu rosto, mudem isso, incomoda bastante. Área de lazer ampla e organizada, piscina de bom tamanho. Café da manhã muito saboroso e diversificado, gostei bastante.

Três dias em Natal

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a orla de Ponta Negra e a comercio local. Itens de lazer são simples, piscina pequena, se tiver muitos hospedes na mesma fica bem apertado. Quartos pequenos mas funcionais; cama grande e confortável, bom chuveiro e Tv com canais por assinatura com muitas opções. A limpeza foi ok! Café da manhã não foi ruim, mas também não teve nada excepcional. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Recomendo, principalmente quem deseja economizar na hospedagem.

This property has very nice common areas, though the rooms are very basic, old fashioned and unappealing. Service is very good, efficient, warm and polite. Overall, it does not fit the criteria of a VIP property, but it is a good bang for your buck.

O preço da diária satisfaz o serviço

Quarto amplo, cama confortável e roupa de cama limpa. Não havia secador de cabelo, nem mesmo na recepção, cortina do quarto estava suja, as toalhas de banho após molhas não dava boa impressão. Não frequentei a área de lazer e o café da manhã era suficiente e gostoso.

Gostei muito do redario! Do clima à noite quando acendem as luzes decorativas nas árvores. O som que tocava musicas agradáveis até as 22h Super indico para quem vai a Natal se hospedar nesse hotel. No Café da manhã era servido cuscuz de milho, ovos mexidos todos os dias...outras opções variavam como linguiça calabresa, salsicha, macaxeira cozida.
