「The room was not the room I booked. It was located on the ground floor near a very cluttered common room not a space i would feel comfortable or want to enjoy. There were mouse and insect traps located in the bathroom and the condition of the room was tatty and in need of renovation. No TV in the room and the bathroom felt dark gloomy and not at all nice.」

「Arrived around 9 PM to check in. The staff was more interested in feeding her face than doing her job. Took 15 minutes for her to finally come to the counter. First room the key cards wouldn't work. Was then moved to a different room. Second room was next to some loser who smoked pot all night long. The room was disgusting. Hair in the sink and tub, toilet was really bad. Street Trash and drug addicts roaming the parking lot. Room smelled like a wet dog. Worst stay I've ever had...

「It was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. We had the Laura room and stayed for 2 nights. Pool gorgeous and breakfast delicious.」

「Honestly, this wasn’t what we were expecting. It’s an old run down property. We knew it would be old, but we at least expected fresh paint, nice smell, clean carpet, etc. We walked in, looked around, and immediately checked out. Huge stains in carpet-very musty smell- there was even an open door leading from the attic into the closet of the bedroom that they had placed a chest of drawers in front of to hold it closed. My wife was able to easily move it. It felt like an old haunted house...

「Peaceful and quiet easy to find. Great views of Mississippi.. Lovely pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. Good room slept well nice compact bathroom. Didnt meet host. Average breakfast at Monmouth.which is a lovely stately home. Dont have the french toast basically fried bread with what didnt look like cream cheese in between and dusted with powdered sugar no fruit as you would usually have - wasnt good!」

「Prachtige locatie, prachtig oud huis uit vervlogen tijden.Prima parkeergelegenheid en op loopafstand naar de oude stad. Super vriendelijke mensen die er alles aan doen om je tevreden te stellen. In de kamer, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, waan je je even in vroegere tijden van het oude Natchez. Tijdens het ontbijt kletsen met de andere gasten over hun ervaringen. Als we ooit weer in Natchez zijn gaan we weer naar dit huis.」

The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. You need to stay at Stone House with your host, Joe Stone.」
