"Room 221, 2 queens beds. We checked in around 11:30pm and were greeted by very friendly staff. The small parking lot behind the hotel was full, but they provided free, ample parking right across the street. The area felt incredibly safe. Our room was clean, cold and comfortable:) the hotel is a little older but it's well maintained. The only thing I saw that needed attention was the ceiling in the bathroom. It looked like water damage, but this did not interfere with our stay at all. The free breakfast was delicious: pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, yogurt, OJ, coffee etc...If our daughter decides to attend NSU we will definitely stay again."

"Room had a musty smell, like old smoke. My daughter found lint particles in her sheets. But the staff was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. I was even guest of the day (but they should have given me some kind of prize for that--i got nothing but the pic i took) "

"The room was good and they meet all of my requests. The noise factor was bad. I didn't get much sleep. It sounded like a stampede above my head going on most of the night. I was on the first floor. There was also loud music outside, and a dog inside started barking around 5:30 a.m."

"Booked double queen room, on arrival room not available. Was given a king suite, preferred bed for my kids to sleep in instead of a fold out couch. There was no extra bedding for the fold out couch. Also several tiles on bathroom floor were loose and would move when walked on. Bathroom wall by toilet paper holder looked like it had fecal matter splattered on the wall. "
