“Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( ”

“Clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette and bigger than usual fridge. Only weird part about the room was the shower only had glass covering half the shower, no door or curtain for the other side. Originally we figured it's just a new style of shower, but the open part is where the shower head sprays and the shower head wouldn't adjust so it made a mess each time we showered. NOTE: There is parking at this property. The description says "No Parking" but that is incorrect.”

“The room was very clean, def worth the pricepoint. We stayed 4 nights and had no housekeeping but again, I'll sacrifice that for a clean property. We did have to ask for towels twice but the desk person gave them to us immediately upon the second request. The clientale appeared a bit questionable but we had no issues with anyone. Overall, no complaints. ”
