“This was a great property to stay at. Exactly as described. Check in and out was easy. No issues with parking and the building had great security. It was right on the beach with the most beautiful beach view. Our family could look out into the Ocean and watch the waves. One day we could even see dolphins playing in the water. They had everything we needed to play on the beach. This was a great vacation and we would love to come back again!”

“We enjoyed our stay and the location is great as our daughter lives just a few blocks away. The place was very clean and had just about everything you would need. The noise from upstairs is more than we were expecting, especially when they came crashing in at 4am talking very loudly then having some extended “intimate” fun which we could hear quite clear. A few things that would cause us to give a full 5 starts: darkening curtains or roller blinds in the bedroom. There was quite a bit of light……

“The hosts were amazing. Location is fantastic. The beach is so close and beautiful. An easy and quick walk from the property. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the boats go by and the seals and pelicans fishing in the jetty. Point Loma was a highlight as was Torrey Pines. Beautiful views everywhere you looked. One note on the beaches in San Diego…watch out for the sting rays! Didn’t know you’re supposed to do the “sting ray shuffle” with your feet so they will move away from you.……

“Location was great- close to the restaurants and activities of mission beach and pacific beach, and easy to access north county and downtown. Great stock of adult bikes, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids. Kids loved the close proximity to both the bay (calm, less people and wind) and to mission beach. Coffee spots and a little market were great to have right next door. The patio was great, quiet spot to relax at after a day out and about. Parking spot was tight, but we managed fine with……

“Beautiful and nicely decorated property! Clean and comfortable. Felt like I was in paradise. Great amenity of bike, although we didnt have time to use it. Loved the reserved parking space. Safe neighborhood.”

“Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!”
