"I enjoyed my time at this hotel overall. However there were some small details that I noticed which made me a little disappointed. Such as the trash can lid in the bathroom was broken, there were also some rust (maybe dirt?) along the edges of the shower. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, lack of options as well as slow service."

"This hostel was incredible! Great vibes all round. I was only there for one night and the staff greeted me by name every time they saw me. The commun room was full of people playing games and socializing. The dorm was spotless. I got a bed in an all female room and made friends. The girls were so welcoming. I used the laundry room and that was great too. Location was perfect and my only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. Also, the included breakfast was epic. So many options and all the cappuccinos!"

"The hotel is excellently located near the train station, surrounded by numerous restaurants, attractions, and museums. The hotel features conference rooms, comfortable rooms, and attentive front desk staff."

"The room was clean and quiet, and the location was very good. The only important issue for me was the very limited range of options for people with gluten and lactose intolerance. I believe that many guests have specific dietary needs, yet they pay the same price for breakfast. However, the selection of gluten-free products was very limited. There were some cheeses available, but no alternatives for those who cannot eat cheese made from cow’s milk. I would also suggest placing clear labels next to the food items so that guests can easily see the ingredients and determine whether the products are suitable for them. This does not seem difficult to implement. Otherwise, guests have to ask the staff about each item, for example, whether it contains gluten or cow’s milk. Nowadays, such products are not significantly more expensive than regular ones, and providing a wider selection would be a positive gesture showing that all guests are welcome at breakfast."
