"It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!"

"It was indeed a pretty good stay!"

"Room general condition is very good "

"Staff were all courteous and excellent. Rooms need more cleaning. "

"Very close to Park Street "

"This property is not at all what shown online or in reviews. It is worse than a 1 star. Lowest level of cleanliness, not at all safe and creepy staff."

"THIS IS A ONE STAR HOTEL. THE BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY AND NOT CHANGED. THEN THEY CHANGED THE ROOM AND IT WAS A LOTTLE BETTER. RUBBISH HOTEL. I WOULD ASK FOR REFUND."

"The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment...

"Uber is always available within minutes. The foods from the Chinese restaurant nearby were really good and reasonable. Room service was everyday."

"The place is worth the price, central location and friendly staff. "
