"I had a great stay at Westgate! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good. "Stayed in the deluxe quadruple room that had 2 double beds. Requested and got cot, baby bathtub and small stool. These were really helpful as we had an infant. Tv was mounted on a pole and quite in the way, although the bracket installed allowed it to rotate and shift a bit, it helped but still a small hazard if the toddler isn't careful, but can teach an impt lesson to be careful. Room was clean enough, water pressure good. Water dispenser and laundry room facilities are helpful. Plus a playroom that would appeal to toddlers probably till age 3+. Lobby had pretty nice vibes that i would have enjoyed relaxing more if had time to myself. Overall i enjoyed the stay and would consider this place again in the future."

"The hotel was really well located- in front of the Taipei main station, in the same building of the bus terminal going to the airport and having a shopping mall and super market. However, it was quiet inside and not distracted by any noise. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative to help us to enjoy our stay. Our room was spacious and clean too. We enjoyed the breakfast plan, which offered traditional Taiwanese style, western and Japanese in the pleasant atmosphere. This would be one of the memorable scenes in our trip."
