「Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was included and we loved that part. By far the nicest place we stayed while travelling in Albania for 2 weeks. Definitely would stay again. And the availability of being close to other wonderful restaurants was perfect. Favourite thing was the view of the water from our rooms.」

This is the first time in using hotels.com app this has ever happened ever, so I believe it was the reception staff not hotels.com. Also there was an attempt to charge us for coffees at breakfast - as breakfast includes coffee only from a machine placed nowhere near the buffet - which we should know as they never have to tell anybody.
