“The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. “Infrastructure - there is no weather seals on any doors or windows and there was a million bugs getting in. Looks like unfinished renovations on a nice room. I do not know what the new owners are doing but I do miss Bill and I know he would make this right. The energy is just not the same and but I’ll definitely come visit as the vibe is nice. Don’t know if I’ll stay again as the rooms need improvements. Definitely nice scenery and staff is nice which made up the difference in the room. ……

“This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose.”

“Rooms are outdated. Wooden floors in bedrooms squeaking and broken. Bathrooms are small and outdated. large roaches in bedroom. Termites eat the wooden floors.”
