“Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. ”

“This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!”

“Nice room!! Great bathroom. Staff was fabtastic and always present. Breakfast coffee shop was very nice. Pool very small but on roof. Gym tiny and not much equipment. Location very good for old town. Balcony nice and well done looking over street. Hear city sounds.”

“Very central location to nightlife and all the tourist attractions. Open-air vibes and rooms were very spacious. Noise wasn't as bad as we were expecting. Super nice staff as well.”

“Upon check-in I immediately noticed that the unit (2F) was not cleaned well and had maintenance issues. I saw stains, marks, and damage throughout the apartment, making it a very uncomfortable stay. As other reviewers have mentioned, the area is not as developed and the view from the bedroom was a very rundown set of buildings. The last straw for me was that the bedsheets were stained. I was given a WhatsApp contact number after I raised my concerns (immediately after check in) and nothing was……

“We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that……
