「What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. But the room, the room, oh wow, we absolutely loved it. The layout is super smart, it had full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and a lush bathroom. It felt like a home away from home, to the point that I wish we had a few more days to enjoy it. We will absolutely, 100%, stay here any time we are in...

「Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! 」

「Über Mittag sehr laute Musik am Pool, Zimmer relativ sauber, aber nicht perfekt, Toilette schlecht platziert, Badezimmer winzig, vor allem im Vergleich zur Zimmergröße. Für die Sauna auf dem Dach muss man an Gästen vorbei, die im Restaurant sitzen oder auf der Terrasse Speisen und durch die Kälte. Wie bereits in anderen Rezessionen geschrieben, war auch bei uns einen Aufzug defekt. Dadurch lange wartezeiten, weil Aufzug sehr klein. Lautes Rauschen von der Decke, Zimmerwechsel erst am nächsten...

「It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」

「I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone...
