「The hotel and grounds are immaculate. The staff was so helpful and the check in process on line was a breeze. Weber arrived, John reminded us to order our breakfast for the next day. We ordered breakfast and it came early as they knew we were hitting the road. Our entire experience in Provincetown was amazing. We slept so well as the beds were very comfortable. We were two women traveling together and we felt safe and well respected here!」

「This historic Inn was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. We were greeted on arrival in the lobby by the friendly innkeeper. She showed us around and gave us a welcome gift of delicious cookies packaged with our name on it. Every detail of this Inn was perfect. The room was VERY clean. 「The Tern Inn seems to have something for everyone. 「We had a delightful stay. This B&B is conveniently situated along the west end of Commercial and very well run. The bed was super comfortable. The back deck and front were relaxing places to hang out, and the hot tub was clean. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
