「Loved everything about this stay. The house is equipped with everything you could need to be comfortable. The four bedrooms and 4 baths gave everyone the privacy they needed. We liked it so much we have already booked another visit. The artwork was great and it didn't hurt that the fishing was the best ever.」

「This was such a great place! The luxury tent was right on the river, and the setting was "magical". The first night was VERY windy, but the tent was so sturdy it did not bother us. The next nights were around 30F, but inside the tent the heating system worked perfectly! Overall, the "clamping" experience was unique,, fun, comfortable, and "cool"! What a find on Expedia!」

「We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again.」

「We had a great stay in early November. There is a shooting range close by, lots of public property for hiking, fishing and just enjoying the amazing views of SW Colorado. The home is all on one level with lots of room for a big group. The manager Danielle was very responsive and everything was as advertised.」
