“Front desk is not friendly! Elevator was out of order, and we have two heavy luggage to move upstairs without any help...”

“The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table.”

“The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. They were all very congenial. The continental breakfast was nice. The only complaint we had was their toilets are extremely low to the ground. They should replace them with new toilets that are at least 18” tall, or they need to add a safety bar to help with getting off the toilet. The sheets on the beds were extremely soft and comfortable. Everyone loved the beds. Overall, we had a very nice time.”
