"The balcony view we had of the monastery in the valley below was amazing. We spent a lot of time on it in the evening having a glass of wine before going out for dinner. The breakfast buffet was also great and the staff knew English and were helpful. It was close to all the major sights and there was a parking ramp just a block away. The location on the edge of the walled city was also quiet at night and very nice. Would recommend."

"I stayed at the Hotel Cetina Palacio Ayala Berganza while attending a wedding in Segovia. This hotel made for a very nice place to stay to enjoy the sights of Segovia and also get ready for events. Everything in the room worked well and it was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient. My small suggestion to the hotel is to add secondary locks on the doors in addition to the electronic key card locks. Otherwise, I would gladly recommend staying here."

"This paradore is not as well maintained as the ones we stayed in at Cuenca or Toledo. The shower didn't drain, there was water in the refrigerator and the door to the patio has very loose handles. Whatever is used to clean the floors left a very sticky substance making it noisy to walk on. Parking is good and close and free. Front desk staff could.be more helpful and welcoming."
