Beachfront Townhome: Arcades, Bikes, Kayaks for the Ultimate Family Getaway!

Escape to this beachfront 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome, where you can enjoy front-row views of dolphins playing along the coast. Just steps from the sand, this family-friendly getaway comes fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, and all the essentials, so you can pack light and focus on relaxation.

Inside, unwind in cozy bedrooms and a spacious living area with ocean views. Enjoy the full garage that opens up to the beachside. This space has tons of entertainment options including arcade games, bikes for beachside cruising, and kayaks for exploring the serene waters. Beach towels are included for guest to use while they are visiting.

Perfect for families or small groups, this townhome offers everything needed for an unforgettable coastal escape!

A welcome letter with check in and check out information, as well as codes and condo policies will be emailed to you within 2-4 weeks of your stay. *IMPORTANT NOTE* If the check-out cleaning procedure is not followed and additional cleaning is required beyond the cleaners' normal routine cleaning, an extra cleaning fee (up to the full amount) will be charged directly to the guest.

This unit does not allow pets. As we also use it as our second home and one of our children has allergies, having pets in the unit poses a health risk to our family and future guests. Therefore, we cannot accommodate service animals or emotional support animals. Additionally, we do not provide baby gates for the stairs.

Great community and really layer back area. Lots to do. The house had everything you need to cook/ clean/ daily functions/ toys/ khakis , bikes. My husband did put air in the all bike tires but no biggy we own a bike shop. Good to stay here with older kid and teens. Thank you
