My husband and two kids stayed here and loved it, I got sick and was unable to go last minute. Clean, close to the beach and all the amenities needed for a great trip.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to park directly in front of our condo on ground level. Access to the beach was close. We plan to stay at this property again!

Worked well for our 2month stay , only real draw back next year need place with ocean view , need step stool to reach higher selves & microwave , & a couple new skillets , otherwise Navarre Beach was quiet and alway felt safe .

Runaway, Rest and Relax

Took some time to runaway to the beach for rest and relaxation. Sugar Beach F27 fulfilled those plans. Quiet place very clsoe to the beach and super clean. I will stay there again.

Overall a good place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Our unit F27 was not beachfront but it was a short walk. Only thing I could even think of to make the stay better would be a rug as you walk in to help with sand.

Family Spring Break trip

We love Sugar Beach townhomes! We’ve stayed here several times in different units and we have always had a nice time. F27 was clean, had comfy beds, and had all of the amenities you are looking for in a townhome rental. Just fyi- there was no bbq grill if that is what you are looking for.

The Details Count

The property is showing signs of age. Windows have rotting around the sill, rugs look dirty as well as the carpet. Bedroom furniture does not have a beach feel Table on the patio was broken. We had to call the property managers 2 times. Once for a stopped up drain in the bathtub and another for a malfunction of the keyless entry. Both of these items were taken care of quickly. As prices increase, expectations of the property increase as well. From a customer...remember it's the details that make a difference. Sugar Beach is a great place to stay and hope to see some updating to keep great customers returning.

Relaxing family time

We loved the property it was perfect for my family of 4. Beach is only steps away and it is close to anything you need. We loved the ice cream/snow cone truck at Andy’s my teenagers went every night. Can’t wait to come back!

Cozy, Clean, and Comfy

This townhome was perfect for my family of three plus Grandmother. We had all of the necessities for daily life. The beds were comfortable. The home was very clean. The living room was a great place to hang out with a big sectional sofa and ottoman. Plenty of games and books. We brought our Apple TV and connected it to the living room wall mounted tv. The host responded quickly anytime we had questions. We love that it is beach side and so easy to privately access Navarre Beach. It is also very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The complex is quiet and respectful. Definitely recommend!

Too much carpet

Place is not as updated or as clean as other condos we have stayed at in the same complex. Not enough towels or wash clothes for each of our family of five. We had to go out and buy loofahs and use our beach towels for the shower.
