Great location, short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean and any communication necessary with property manager was easy.

Old outdated rental, bugs!

Unit was some kind clean but over all outdated and old. On first floor but few steps up. Palmetto bugs running outside, but we also found out last night, that they were inside too. Communication with management by txt only because couldn't find office. Pool was small not like shown on pictures. Location ok ,short walk to beach.

Wonderful time on the Barrier Island

The condo was easy to access, with just a few stairs up from the parking lot. We walked back and forth from the beach quite a bit - it was a bit of a walk, so we shuttled our heavy canopy with the car for our long afternoons at the water with the kids, but it was ideal for walks and jogs during our stay! Everything was very clean and fresh. Didn't see a single insect in the condo and there were plenty of extra linens and pillows provided for the pull out bed. Very cheerful, well arranged space!
