We love Sugar Beach

We have stayed in this unit before. Very clean and kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We definitely will be back. Only thing is the AC unit needs some TLC, the upstairs stays pretty warm and the master bathroom needs the exhaust fan and regular light bulb replaced. Great beach accsess and wonderful pool! See you soon.

Family weekend

There are some mechanical issues with this property that need addressed. The screen door locks stick and my family was locked out in the back porch several times. The towel rack in the master bath just fell off the wall. Things are a little “bubble gummed” together.

Family Vacation

Great location and access to beach front. Cozy townhouse and was really quiet area. Wish there was a hose in the front of the hosue to go with the shower head to rinse off sand, but thats a small ask. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. You will need to bring extra soap, but we were prepared for that. The info provided on the listing was helpful. Washer and dryer was perfect for washing towels or small loads of laundry. The tvs were a little confusing to use. Several remotes for each tv, labels would help. We will definitely be back.

High fees

The property needs some work. Broken door handles locking us out of the property. Chairs broken and broken towel racks. The high fees that we were charged, well over $300 were excessive since the VRBO fees were a part of that charge. I wasn't aware of that until I received my credit card statement.
