“Cal zmacal is a very nice place run of 2 brothers. Staff is extremely nice.”

“Very goos atmosphere to stay here, although the room isn't feel like old castle, but the bar and restaurant do have the middle age feeling. The view from hotel is awesome, changing everymornig, u can see sunrise and sunset here. If u come by bus, it will be a little bit hard to climb up to the hotel with big luggage(no taxi there). Staffs in the hotel are very nice and all can speak english too.”

“I enjoyed the shower gel aroma and the kitchen facilities. The bed was quite comfortable. The room was spacious and mostly clean, except for decorative pillows and a bed scarf. The bathroom door is very inconvenient as it obstructs entry. The walls are thin, so we heard other guests at night. I didn't receive the hotel access instructions on time as per expedia communication letter and had to contact the hotel myself. They didn't reply via expedia chat, but responded when I texted them via……

“The door was locked when we arrived with no answer to door bell it wasn’t until my husband kept banging on the door till someone came. The accessible room was well fitted and the breakfast was ok. When we checked out there was still no staff around”

“The building and it’s location in the old town of Solsona is wonderful. The room, the staff, the breakfast fast were all really delightful. If we return to Solsona this will be our olace to stay.”

“Luisa, José, and Rosa were amazing! Simply one the best stays we’ve had. Luisa was very attentive to all our needs. Helped us with many recommendations. Jose welcomed us and was very nice as well. Rosa give it the finishing touch with a warm smile. They all made us feel like family. That was unique and special. This was a special stay!”

“Fui por dos noches y escogí una habitación con cama doble. Como es de esperar, una cama doble es una cama grande para dos personas. Pues me encontré con dos camas individuales camufladas para que pareciesen una cama doble. Me quejé a Montse, la responsable, y me dijo que llevan 3 años estafando a la gente y que todas las habitaciones con «camas dobles» son en realidad camas individuales camufladas. Una vergüenza. Están tan bien camufladas que me enteré de que eran dos camas durante la segunda……

“Good location, right at trail head, laundry available, quiet, kitchen available, nice place.”

“Lovely, modern, well kept home. Pool, grill, well equipped kitchen. Even a hair dryer. Could not nave been more pleased. Great location, for taking day trips. Marc a great host- our vacation would not have been half as enjoyable without his assistance and recommendations.”
