「Nice enough place that was priced right. I only stayed one night. The host happened to be there on site when I arrived and was responsive to a minor cleaning issues. The mattress is very firm. But the place was quiet and I slept well enough. I didn’t use anything in the kitchen or the washer/dryer. Didn’t use the WiFi. It was a fine and value priced room for a night.」

「The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s very nice, and I really enjoyed my stay. I will note, the bed is very firm, so if you have a bad back like I do and need something a little softer, keep that in mind. But if that’s not a concern for you, then don’t hesitate to book with them! They were very kind. 」

「This was a perfect place to stay for A&M graduation ceremony. So convenient! The inside looks just like the photos. It's very spacious, clean and modern. 「The property is very convenient for a visit to Texas A&M, We have stayed here on two different visits to Texas A&M. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the beds are great. Kitchen is very nice and has just enough to get you through a few days. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The fan was not working in our bedroom, I sent a message about it on day one, crickets. No response.There was a water leak coming out of the hardwood floor, I sent a message, cricket. No response or attempt to repair it.We saw and reported several roaches in the kitchen area. No response to that either.Cat litter and cat poop dumped from the previous tenants. Right in the middle of the driveway, I reported it to them, no response. Overall, communication was very poor. Not to mention the items...

「Our stay was great! I did not realize this is attached to the main house which is also rented. It was all good though. We didn’t hear the other guest while we were there. Owners were very responsive when we had WiFi issue and came out and solved it right away. Would recommend staying here. 」
