Best seaside villa on naxos

This was best way to see naxos. Cant rate takis hospitality and local knowledge high enough. All restaurant and sightseeing recommendations 5 star awesome. Villa was perfect lication and incredible amenities.

Beautiful House/Excellent Location

Beautifully designed house, meticulously maintained. House was just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Best location on Naxos

Takis was there on arrival to welcome us with a cold drink and lots of local advice on where to eat, local amenities etc The property is in such a lovely location with supermarkets, car hire, and a great choice of restaurants all within walking distance Naxos old town is lovely to explore Takis couldn’t be more helpful and sent us tips on where to eat in Athens on our route home A lovely chill out holiday

Just what we wanted!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, and great location! The host and hostess were excellent and super helpful. Everything we needed to know was accessible. Snacks, coffee, and beers were waiting for us when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here!

Exquisite property in Naxos!!

We do not have enough words to describe this magical villa and it’s gracious host in Naxos!!! Truly it was the highlight of our Greece vacation for 2022!!! Perfect property, location and ambiance!!!! Takis is the BEST host ever!!!!

Perfect island stay

The home is gorgeous and very comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Bedrooms have individual air conditioners for comfort. All of Prokopios and Anna are within easy walking distance. You can throw down a towel under some trees just steps from the door or a brief walk takes you to sun beds. This was the perfect location for our family aged 17 to 70 and Takis is the ideal host.

Family stay

The house is spacious. The views from the rooftop and all three stories are beautiful. The location is good within easy walks to beaches, bars and restaurants. The house was wonderful for our 2 year old grandson as he had a safe area to toddle on all floors. We had one issue and the Manager resolved it quickly. Would recommend this house to my friends and family.

Spectacular House

The house was fantastic, interior bright, spacious and so charming. Very well stocked kitchen. Right on the beach road with beaches all over the place.Very quiet at night. Takis was a generous host and very attentive. Great tavernas everywhere and easy access to Chora if you have a car. Lots of markets near by.

Most amazing place ever

This house was right on the beach with great snorkeling out our door. The house was beautiful and stocked with all the best basics. Our host was unbelievably helpful and friendly— helped with arranging a car, itinerary, restaurant and bakery recommendations. I’ve never experienced a more responsive host. It was like having a personal tour guide. The area and island of Naxos was super— superior to other locations we went to. This house and stay was perfect for the adults (40-70 years old) to teenagers and a 10 year old. I wish I could stay here every summer. 10 stars! ⭐️

Perfect house in the perfect place!

We loved this house and the location! The house was perfect for 3 couples - we each had our own suite. Everything was impeccably taken care of and well appointed. Takis met us when we arrived and also had stocked the refrigerator with the basics. He communicated with us regularly and even helped us connect with some local activities. We were within a 5 minute walking distance of multiple restaurants and directly across from the beach. Cannot say enough good things about this property and Takis!

Amazing House!

What an amazing house! Takis, the owner, met us upon arrival and shared all of the features of the home. He welcomed us with water and even some grocery essentials! The home is located steps between two beautiful beaches and within walking distance to the popular Plaka Beach. As we sat out on the front porch enjoying the view, many would pause and admire the house and the view. Each bedroom had these same views and I have to mention the large soft bath and beach towels! Lastly, the rooftop is the icing on the cake! We spend each sunset up top taking it all in. Loved the Greek style of the home and Takis was available throughout our stay to answer questions or give recommendations. It is a perfect place to spend your time in Naxos! Thank you for an unforgettable location and home!

Paradise at the beach

Our stay was amazing! We were met at the airport by Takis as we arrived early, and our villa was not yet ready. Takis recommended a place to eat, and we were given great service... Takis had notified the taverna that we were arriving for an early lunch. In addition, he still got us into the villa earlier than we expected. When we arrived at the villa, we were taken by the beautiful and perfect location. You are across the street from the beach and I would say it is one of the best beaches. The house was spotless and beautiful. It had everything you could possibly want and then some. Takis was the perfect host! He provided water, some food, and fruit. He showed us around and provided us with all the information we needed about the villa. He had great recommendations for things to do and recommendations for tavernas and even helped us book reservations beforehand. Takis was always very responsive throughout our trip and I would highly recommend this piece of paradise for your vacation!

Fabulous 28 Stay at a Perfect Naxos Seaside Villa

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Takis, the owner, bent over backwards to make sure every detail, every aspect of our stay in his elegant seaside villa was perfect! He arranged and paid for our initial transfer from the ferry port and then brought me to the airport the next day to pick up the car I booked. Refrigerator was totally stocked with everything imaginable for breakfasts and cocktail hour for a week for the initial four of us (two more joined us a few days in). We had things like yogurt, eggs, cold cuts, bread, champagne (toast on arrival with him), crackers, cereal, milk, jams and butter, beer, sweets and more. He made reservations for us wherever we wanted to go and we were often greeted as special friends because of his connections and friendships on the island. While we enjoyed the front terrace for breakfasts and cocktails, people who walked by would often stop and ask how they could book the villa. The rooftop terrace is divine for sunsets. The location is ten stars - couldn’t be better half way between the two top beaches on the island - walking to restaurants, grocery stores and boutiques in under five minutes in either direction. Fabulous housekeeping ever other day. Kitchen easy to cook in for the several meals we prepared on our own. And the villa itself is even more beautiful than the photos. Thank you - we’ll be back with family we hope next year.

Unbelievable stay!!

There were 6 of us travelling through Greece and we had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible villa!! This was hands down the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed in Greece…and we’ve been here several times! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Takis (the host/owner) was! He greeted us at the door and made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips and suggestions about Naxos. The villa itself is absolutely stunning!! He clearly has impeccable taste! He made sure every detail has been thought out to make you feel welcome and at home…the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine along with nice touches like a bottle of wine..as well as the fridge filled with some essentials like milk, juice, eggs, butter, homemade jam, really good bread, some other snacks, plenty of bottled water..still and sparkling.. and to top it all off some cold beer!! He really went above and beyond to be a great host! The view was absolutely breathtaking and we would have a cocktail every night on the awesome rooftop patio to watch the incredible sunset! All 3 bedrooms were gorgeous with an amazing ocean view so no one felt like they they missed out on the best room! A quick walk to one of the best beaches in all of Europe and tons of great restaurants and shops. The location was possibly the best on the island! Thanks Takis! We’ll be back!! 😃

Awesome Beach Villa Perfectly Positioned

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this unique and charming Cycladic beach villa. Our family of 5 enjoyed the large villa filled with terraces (including an amazing rooftop one), perfect location on the beach (there is the beach front road in front of it) and walking distance to so many great beach front tavernas. Takis was the best Vrbo host we have ever had and communicated in detail before, assisted with transfers, booking dinners and mountain village recommendations. He also stocked the villa with everything you need from olive oil to beer, wine, water and juice. Beyond generous and made the transition from Paros to Naxos even better. This villa was one of our favorite accommodations during our 5 weeks Adriatic and Aegean trip. Highly recommend booking for your Naxos beach vacation!!

Heaven on earth

This house is exactly like it looks in the pictures (gorgeous). What it doesn't show is how well equipped the house is and how nice and cooperative is its owner. Takis made special efforts to make our stay comfortable and was particularly helpful during an emergency (our baby got sick). If you are lucky enough to find this place available, do not hesitate to rent it.

Amazing, Dreamy Vacation

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at this place, the location and the host. The location was magnificent, the house was pristine, our host was phenomenal - don't even think twice about booking this place - just do it. The place is walking distance to super markets, restaurants, and shops not to mention mere steps from the beautiful beach. The house had an umbrella for beach time, snorkeling gear and pretty much any amenity you will need for your stay including a roof top patio that was fantastic for a glass of wine while admiring the sunset. We are a family of 5 visiting from the United States and the host was readily available to help us with everything from taxis to covid tests. Highly recommend!!
