What a cute place to stay! Our room was so unique! It had a swing and really nice shower. It was located close to shops and restaurants which made it so convenient. Adrianna, the manager was so kind and helpful. They serve a great daily breakfast that is included with your stay.

The room was clean and as described. The hotel is well situated in Old Naxos, walking distance to everything, including the ferry - 15 minutes with luggage. Andrianna was very helpful, including reservations for a rental car. Very good daily maintenance of the room. A good place to stay in Naxos.

Adriana offered the best customer service to us during our time staying there. She gave us great advice and recommendations on places to go to, restaurants beaches, bars and towns to visit. She’s a very nice, friendly person and is always contactable. The suites themselves look exactly how they are pictured online and are very modern, clean and spacious. If we ever come back to Naxos, we will book with them again.

The property is beautiful, it really shows the care they team puts in. We had to stay an extra day due to poor weather and staff made everything easy. So many walkable restaurants and bars to enjoy Naxos at your doorstep almost.

A wonderful stay in Naxos. Adriana’s welcome was genuinely warm, and her recommendations — both for the city and the wider island — turned out to be some of the best we got during the trip. The location is excellent, the rooms are charming, and the quiet was a real bonus. Exactly the kind of place you hope to find and rarely do. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and extremely well maintained. The staff were so incredibly welcoming and kind, and gave wonderful suggestions of what to explore on the island. I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed in 2 different room types and both offered unique qualities. Plus the location makes it easy to walk to port and the surrounding areas.

A lovely couple of nights stay here. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed - fridge, coffee machine, air con in both the kitchen area and bedroom. Bathroom was modern, as well as the whole accommodation. We didn’t have breakfast included but you can add this on if you like - you pick what you’d like on a sheet of paper the night before and it’s brought to the communal eating area the next morning. Communication great - we let them know when we’d be arriving and they were waiting to check us in. Location - you’re minutes away from the main town but it’s in a peaceful residential area so no noise. Safe area. Would definitely stay here again in future.

Very well located However out room was small even though we had a superior room with a hot tub. The staff was really helpful and friendly. It s hard to find the hotel at 1st but once you know where it is it’s very convenient about 5-10 min walk from everything

The room was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. It was a beautiful room and it was conveniently located to a lot of things very walkable. The only thing we did not like was that we gave them laundry to do and as long as you fit it in a bag, then they charge you €20 for that bag when we got the laundry back, it was folded in two bags and they charged us for two bags, even though we have been led to believe that whatever would fit in the bag was for €20 so they ended up charging us for three bags total. We only thought we had two bags I did not appreciate that but other than that, everything else was good.

We had a fantastic stay at Emery Hotel and were lucky enough to experience both the Honeymoon Suite and the Luxury Suite during our visit. The Luxury Suite was cosy, stylish, and beautifully decorated with a modern chic aesthetic. Thoughtful design touches throughout the room made it feel warm and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean, featured a lovely small balcony, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was particularly well designed, adding to the boutique feel of the suite. A special thank you to Adriana, who was exceptional throughout our visit. She was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and provided excellent recommendations and information about Naxos that helped us make the most of our trip. We would highly recommend Emery Hotel to anyone visiting the island.
