In the room .t.v. was not warking. A lot of noise from the ather rooms. No sleepers. Window not clean. Elavator broke and did not work. We get down by stairs ten floor. I am disable. The tour was very good.

מלון נחמד, שירות אדיב ביותר

המלון שופץ והחדר שקבלנו היה משוץ ונקי. השירות של הצוות היה מצויין ונעים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה סבירה אבל לא יותר מזה. חניה יש מחוץ למלון , אבל בגלל שכרגע המלון מארח משרדים לאיזה חברה אז החניות היו בתפוסה מלאה במהלך היום, בערב הכל מפנה .

UNE CATASTROPHE ! L'HÔTEL EST EN TRAVAUX !

UNE CATASTROPHE ! RENSEIGNEZ-VOUS AVANT D'Y ALLER ! Cet hôtel a tout pour être génial, il domine Nazareth, offre une superbe vue, dispose d'un parking gratuit et de pleins d'équipements. Sauf que... il est en travaux ! Nous y sommes allés en juillet, et tous les matins dès 8h, des bruits de marteau-piqueurs, des coups de marteau, etc. TOUS LES JOURS. Nous avons fait la remarque à la réception et la réponse est : "c'est pour tout le monde pareil". Et ça dure TOUTE LA JOURNÉE. Ils disent 2 restaurants, il n'y a en réalité qu'un seul et il ferme à 20h30. L'autre est en travaux. Nous avons d'ailleurs commencé un repas à 20h05 et ils ont débarrassé les buffets avant que nous ayons terminé nos assiettes. Donc pas de plat principal et pas de dessert. Le spa est payant (10 dollars par personne et par jour) alors qu'il était marqué comme prévu dans notre réservation. Il a donc fallu prouver à la réception ceci, en faisant traduire nos réservations en hébreu. Sinon, l'hotel reste grand et spacieux avec de grandes chambres dont je n'ai pas envie d'épiloguer, tans les soucis rencontrés ont rendu le séjour plus que désagréable.
