“The atmosphere was not very service oriented. In front of our room door were dirty dishes on the floor before we arrived, which stayed there more than three days! The swimming pool was OK but was not included. The room was clean and OK except that there was no mosquito net, but only fly screens at the windows. In the night it was loud because of the nearby highway. After a shower the parking area became very muddy.”

“There are apparently 'executive suites' which my wife viewed and thought were beautiful. There are also those that are less expensive and not executive. We stayed for four nights in the less expensive one. At first there were a few things that we had hoped to see but were not in the room however the management and staff (Henry in particular) did everything possible to make our stay better and provide the room with some things that were lacking. “The staff was very friendly and accommodate our requests. The food was tasty, fresh juices and fruit every morning with their staples. Phoebe, James and Eve welcomes us very well and made our stay feel like home. Clean sheets and towels everyday. We stayed in a room without AC and it worked out well because of the screen door allowed a nice breeze and prevented mosquitoes. Also the day guard always welcomed us with a hardy hello.
