“The hotel is really new and certainly 5 star standard. Beautiful pools, rooms, facilities. Sadly let down by awful service. Many members of staff (more so junior) have 0 desire to be there and reflects in service standards. You’re asked to reserve restaurants, yet never 20 % full when I stayed, exemplified one night when I was asked to leave as I had no reservation - despite being 8 people in the restaurant with a capacity of 50+. The GM did a great job to resolve but generally terrible……

“Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh……
