"Hotel was noisier than others we have stayed at (outside traffic noise and hallway noise). Otherwise everything was great. "

"Was surprised by needing to pay for parking (just tell people to expect it...and you have to cross a street with your luggage, etc.) Check in and check out was not staffed well. Checking in there were three people at the desk but only one checking people in. The other two did not acknowledge any guests or the line forming at all. Assuming there were computer problems but at lesst look up and acknowledge it. Very cold. The one person checking people in, however, was working extremely hard and very pleasant!"

"We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn downtown Omaha, while visiting the Zoo. Rooms we well kept, staff was friendly and accommodating !"

"I couldn’t get into my room at first and then I went down to the front desk, the person at the desk told me the door sticks so I have to wiggle the handle to even get it open. I had a question so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the desk again to ask the question "
