“Never again. The only reason we booked here was for the pool. Which was down for "emergency maintenance". This was more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. People cracked out sleeping on benches outside, "regular" guests were cracked out and shaking and yelling at walls or things that weren't there. Everything was broken in the rooms, the beds weren't made, the counter tops were dirty and sticky. There were weird stains on the carpets and curtians. None of the staff spoke or understood english……
