"I’m sickened by this hotel!! Do not book! We showed up to this hotel and it was abandoned and the water park was closed. No one was there. I contacted hotels.com and still haven’t got my money back!! And it’s been weeks since anyone has contacted me either. "

"The parking lot of property was really bad, garbage everywhere, even by the front door which you think would be a no-brainer to clean. Also, signage from main road is contradictory as it looks like there is a restaurant spot for lease but makes it appear like it's hotel. "
