“Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and the patio off the dining room has a nice view. Beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate”

“My room looked clean but when we went to use the towels they were not clean. They had long black hair and yellow brown stains on them. Housekeeping didnt clean the room while we were there. They came in and swapped out the towels, but left the trash cans full and beds were not made. They looked the way I made them before we went on our tours. Front desk closes down at 5 am so checking out in the early morning was me just reaching through the locked gate to toss my room keys onto the front……

“The carpet didn't looked vacuumed and no one came for mid stay service to take out the trash or change sheets as normally accustomed to. This unit didn't have same perks as other. No kitchen towels or much for cooking meals. Still a convenient location for site seeing.”

“Very comfortable bed room was clean and quiet. We stayed three nights and there was hardly anyone else staying there. Their breakfast was not as full as some other places but had the waffle maker and cereal options and muffins. Very easy access to downtown area.”

“The room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was very cramped. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was ok and the rates were reasonable. ”

“At check in Bruce was super helpful, giving a short tour of things to see in the area. This place serves up a super comfortable bed, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. You have your own parking spot in front of your room. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub. Very convenient location in Custer! Clean, convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.”
