「Good location within walking distance of Main Street. Room was clean but had a weird smell. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful. Nice deck and fire pit area. Is along the main road so traffic is a little noisy.」

「My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for four nights while on a road trip staying in the Black Hills. We checked in on a Monday night and checked out on Friday morning. The hotel is obviously very recently built, and the condition of the property was evident of that. Everything seemed new and fresh. 「I liked the location . I arrived in town at 1:00pm and wanted to check in early because we wanted to head to Mount Rushmore right away. The parking lot was mostly empty except 2-3 cars. Worker said “no room was not ready”. So we had to check in at 8:00pm instead. Very frustrated. Another worker said when I checked in at 8:00pm that rooms are assigned and I made the excuse that there had to be more than 2 bed rooms why not another room that was ready at 1pm and that was the reason they are...

「Minimal parking, can't lock deadbolts when you leave the room. I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. Can't get ahold of the property. Bad customer service all around.」
