14 miles from EAA, with ability to access via the highway or back roads. The house is spacious with 2,315 above grade square feet as well as a huge back yard. There is an additional side room with doors on the 1st floor that could be converted to a bedroom, if needed. The house sits on an acre lot with a huge backyard and large deck, as well as an in-ground fire pit. There is also a gas grill that will be made available.

The house and neighborhood are in a secluded area to offer a lot of privacy, although the location is still within 5 minutes of the highway and half a mile from Lake Winnebago. The EAA grounds can be accessed through back roads or the highway and is only 14 miles away. The house is also located only 3 minutes from the nearest grocery store and gas station and offers convenient access to both Oshkosh as well as downtown Neenah, which has many restaurants and bars.
