Better than expected. Very clean and spacious. Everything worked in the room. Needs a new waffle iron in the breakfast room though as the batter sticks no matter how much cooking spray you put on. I would recommend as a great place to stay. Reasonably priced.

It is very dated.. looks clean, however the tub and shower was not clean at the joint.. I cleaned it with a Qtip. The heat register was very dirty with dust and hair, had not been wiped. Old, but would be ok if just cleaned better

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk staff was not as welcoming, just very business like. A hello, thank you or a smile could go a long way….. The breakfast was minimal, waffles, cereal, breads and coffee machine. However there were no knives, only peanut butter for toast and no fresh fruit in the fruit bowl. The building is tired and needs some TLC.

Expedia advertised the facility had laundry service, they don't. The room we were assigned had no working smoke detector. I will try to attach pictures. Yes we were moved to another room that was 1/2 the size but the SAME price. Staff seems surprised when I asked about laundry service. I also emailed EXPEDIA about the situation a while ago but no response. Expedia is also at fault as they should ensure that the offers made to clients are correct! Regards ADL
