At the White House - Lavender

Lavanda is a splendid modern, bright and elegant apartment. Located on the ground floor, it has a small terrace bordered by creepers, set up to guarantee privacy. Recently renovated with the utmost care for comfort and good taste, it offers all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday and is a good starting point to reach various tourist destinations in Verona.
- Surrounded by the prestigious cellars of Valpolicella you can savor local dishes and wines such as Recioto and Amarone. Within 30 minutes by car you can visit Verona, Lake Garda, the Terme Aquaderns, Parco Giardino Sigurtà, the Molina waterfalls and the Lessinia mountains.
- The apartment is located in a private house 1.5 km from the center of Negrar and consists of kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a relaxation sofa and a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher). In the bedroom there is a spacious wardrobe, a double bed and 2 bedside tables. On request it can be completed with a baby bed. The house has towels, bed linen, bathrobe, slippers, blankets, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, mosquito nets, TV, intercom, safe, WiFi and Ethernet connection, air conditioning, independent heating, a mini first aid kit, set sewing, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothesline and the necessary for laundry. Guests have free use of a small laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer and detergents, a car park in the courtyard and a picnic area.
- We are at the foot of the hills, so a car is recommended. In the surroundings there are 2 small food shops, bakery, newsagent, tobacconists, restaurants and trattorias within easy walking distance. At 1 km you will find the bus station, supermarket, banks and other warehouses of various kinds.
- Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by me or my son and in compliance with current laws we will ask you for identity documents for registration.
- We are not a hotel, so always communicate your arrival and departure times in advance.
-Smokers are asked to use the outside spaces.

-Only the final cleaning is included in the price of your stay, therefore we appreciate that the apartment is left in order. Thank you
