“A surprisingly comfortable stay. Our end unit had a deck overlooking the bay which was a bonus. However no amenities in this little village, but were close by in another town.”

“I think the amenities description should be updated. Maybe it is different post COVID? We had a great time. The space was great for little weekend getaway.”

“I was under the impression that we would have an in suite bathroom, but that was not the case. A minor inconvenience. The room was comfortable, with a nice view of the river. Breakfast was simple, but if you want a hot breakfast, there is a cafe called The Roost right next door. It was a nice, relaxing weekend. If we go again, I will be sure the confirm that the room is self contained.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay here and it was the perfect secluded place we were looking for. Away from the crowds of Cannon Beach/Seaside etc without being too far away to drive in for a day trip. The house was nice and clean and everything is up to date/modern. Amenities we're exactly as listed. HVAC worked great.There were smart TVs in every room with access to various streaming apps. High speed internet worked perfectly for our needs. Appliances were all in excellent working order, and……

“This home was extremely dirty, years worth of cobwebs, garbage under furniture, dog hair and food on furniture,20 piles of dog poop in the yard which was nothing but weeds.Neighbors were parting with huge barking dogs.Lamps had dead lightbulbs.No light at back porch near hot tub.Carpet really dirty!”

“We rented this house to celebrate a friend’s Thanksgiving. The house was wonderful. Lots of room for the kids to play and stay entertained. The large windows let in so much natural light. It was just a wonderful experience.”

“The overall impression of this property was positive. The place was very clean and very comfortable for our party of 6 and we stayed only one night. On the negative side, whomever ran the dishwasher last didn't finish the cycle, and water pooled inside leaving a nasty stench for us when we opened it. Also not a biggie, but black ants were quick to pop out the moment any food was left on the counter. For using the TV's, I recommend streaming from your phone or bringing your own streaming device……

“The carpets in the house were disgusting and very dirty. I had to go back and put my flip flops on before going into the master bedroom. Beds need to be replaced they are lumpy and uncomfortable. Bedding in master should be replaced it is in pretty bad shape. I was surprise the kitchen cooking items were not in better shape or missing. No can opener, cookie sheets were rusted and had food on them. I think someone needs to go thru those items. I expected at least 1 roll of paper towels in the……

“Cute house. Nicely appointed kitchen. No outdoor grill or AC which usually isn’t a problem at the beach but with missing screens and 80 degrees we were glad we brought a fan. It would have been nice if there were fans at the property. No TV downstairs and glad we brought our Bluetooth speaker. Fast internet connection. Needed a car for all trips to the beach and for supplies. Very quiet. Comfy beds. We mostly were talking, reading letters that our parents had written aloud to each other,……

“Overall it was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the hot tub. The house was visually pleasing. We didn’t find any of the board games that were boasted about. There were dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the dryer when we arrived that I ended up putting away. The downstairs mattresses really could use being replaced. The one mattress is too small for the bed with a foam mattress on top making it very awkward to sleep on. All the sofa and chairs are very low to the ground and difficult for folx……

“While this house is cozy and warm we did run into a few issues. First, this house is directly off of Hwy 6 which is a major 2 lane highway. After a couple of days the sounds of semi's became white noise but I would have preferred peace and quiet. The view from the family room and kitchen of the river and hill side is beautiful and serene. The porches were incredibly slippery with ice and it was icy most of our trip. Overall we had a nice time and dealt with the few issues that the home……
