It has ATV/UTV access, with plenty of trailer, friendly parking space to park and ride! 🏕️✨ ONLY 1/2 a mi. From the Riviera Resort & Tiki bar/ boat launch/ and minutes by boat to the Russell Memorial Brach! 🏖️⛱️☀️ This is a great place for a family getaway. ✨ Arbutus . It has ATV/UTV access, & is 1 mi. to the Riviera Resort & Tiki Bar. After a fun filled day on the water you can dock your boat & enjoy a beautifully maintained spacious riverfront to gather around a campfire w/ family & friends.

This adorable open concept cabin is about 1000 square feet w/ 2 bedrooms & half bath. There is front deck off the living space and even has an outdoor shower. The kitchen & bath are fully furnished w/ everything you need and more!

Everything is accessible to you accept the outdoor buildings and personal property near the outbuildings.

The potential for fun is endless, right on the ATV/UTV trail and just up the road from the Tiki Bar & Riviera Supper Club & Pub and Grill! It is split by a road to add privacy with plenty of additional space for trailers so you can unload & Hit the trails!
